Since its opening in 1995, the Inn on the Blue Horizon has been
the location of choice as the perfect setting for a romantic
wedding or commitment ceremony. Being married in Vieques at the
Inn is a unique experience - placing the entire wedding party and
guests in a natural setting surrounded by the colors of the sea,
sky and terrain.
The Inn can accommodate weddings of
2-100 people all year round.
A tropical wedding at the Inn utilizes
the surrounding elements and flowers that grow naturally for
decoration and none of the fuss that accompanies a traditional
church wedding. Candles, bouquets of natural flowers provide a
romantic glow.
Quite often, the bride will choose to
assemble her guests in the open air atrium until she comes down
from her room, and invites the guests to follow her and the
groom to the edge of the sea as they take their vows. This
creates an intimate gathering that will be memorable for a
lifetime.
