Inn on the Blue Horizon has proudly
introduced Chef Xandra López and Carambola (from the word "starfruit"
in Spanish). And, of, course, need we mention the Blue Moon Bar & Grill,
where you can not only savor her confections but also delight in the
awesomely magical artwork of the very Bar itself!
At the beginning of 2008 we have also opened our brand new pizza
kitchen, the creative pizza combinations of Chef is a must try!

favorites. From the best fresh
fruit bowl you have ever to Puerto Rican Coffee and tea selections that will
brighten your morning.
Also recently opened is the new
L'Mirador. The L'Mirador looks
out over the Blue Horizons natural Vieques landscape and the infinity of the
Caribbean sea. If you are out beach hopping all day you will want to get
back to the Inn for sunset cocktails with our excellent bartenders. Walk
just past the bar and you will find a granite pathway through the garden and
traveling palms. Up the wide terracotta steps on to several landings that
will lead you to the 1000 square foot L'Mirador. After the sunset, romance
sets in with shooting stars, the milky way comes alive… seemingly a blanket
of twinkling stars set high in the heavens holds your gaze and embraces your
spirit. Memories of times gone by awaken within you.
